Does anyone else feel like they are grasping at straws in their 40’s? I feel like a guinea pig in my own experiment navigating my late 40’s.

I am listening, but what I am hearing is confusing. Do you feel this way?

The thing that baffles me the most is that every podcast or book that I read tells us we should be doing something different. There are only a few consistent messages that I hear, and that is 1. Get more sleep. 2. Work on maintaining stress, and 3. Eat more protein.

The more women and friends I talk to about this, the more I realize that we are all SO different.

Some of my friends can drink as much as they want and never feel bad. And some are vowing to go sober because it has been so disruptive (mental health, clarity, weight, anxiety).

Some of my friends haven’t gained a pound. And some just can’t lose the weight.

Some women sleep like babies, and some are up all night long.

Some have the libido of a 20 year old and some want to run in the other direction.

Some women can do HIIT workouts all day long, and some can only walk or do pilates.

Some deal with terrible anxiety and mental health issues, and some are blissfully happy.

One thing that shocks me the most…
