Mute or Unfollow?

I am not someone who goes in and looks at who is following me, or unfollowing me. Honestly, I could care less…MOST of the time. But, for some reason, today I was looking at a business account of someone that I followed. And, I had an experience that left me feeling a little bit shitty. And so, this made me think about mute vs unfollow etiquette.

While this situation is very insignificant, it struck a chord. And I did have to do the above. I said to myself, ok then. That’s not cool. But, now we move on!
