I am on a group chat with my college girlfriends, and our chats jump from our kids to funny memes, to pop culture, to midlife. This is all within the span of an hour.
The consensus is this; we are all aging. We are ALL dealing with weird perimenopausal symptoms. And, we all have a different approach to how we handle them.
But the one thing we all agree on is that EVERYONE has an opinion on how to deal with these crazy symptoms. And by Everyone I mean Doctors, Psychiatrists, Health Coaches, Naturopaths, Gynecologists, and us :) LOL.
I have listened to far too many podcasts, read books, and listened to people on social media. What I have found is that none of the messaging is consistent! I am starting to experience PERI-MENO-VERLOAD.
